Prodotto di altissimo livello, fragrante, alveolato, soffice al suo interno! Si percepisce al gusto l uso di prodotti top di gamma! Di digeribilità assoluta! Inoltre Il Maestro mi ha omaggiata di una crostata alle albicocche realizzata dalla moglie e anche li si percepisce che l’arte è di famiglia! A Roma abbiamo tante pizzerie ma di Maestri come Pino Arletto ce ne sono pochissimi! Aspettiamo da lui di gustare la sua famosissima pizza in teglia alla romana! Grazie Maestro!
