Io Dopo 15 giorni aspetto ancora di essere contattato per l'appuntamento con un tecnico che risolva il problema visto che il prodotto è ancora in garanzia. Come detto, auspico nn si verifichino problemi più importanti, temendo, considerato il pregresso, una vostra incapacità di fornire adeguata assistenza post vendita. Rischio di rimanere senza riscaldamento in pieno inverno, rischio di perdere il bonus 110% perché si tratta dell'intervento trainante e sto perdendo soldi non potendo chiudere la pratica di cessione del credito. Dal mio punto di vista è gravissimo e meriterei un minimo di attenzione, evidentemente dal loro no. Se questa è l'assistenza che danno ai clienti non oso pensare cosa succederà in caso di guasti.
