SENZA INFORMARMI CHE ERA DI CONCORRENZA mi hanno fornito la tavoletta che, montata la sera, la mattina dopo si è rotta semplicemente sedendomi. Ho così potuto verificare che la stessa era in panforte rivestito e non in polimero come l'originale. Ne ho chiesto la sostituzione, dato che era evidente il difetto di fabbricazione, ma LA SOSTITUZIONE MI E' STATA RIFIUTATA senza alcuna spiegazione se non "Alla fabbrica mi hanno detto che non era difettosa e pertanto non sostituibile". Preciso che, al medesimo prezzo, ho trovato in seguito la tavoletta ORIGINALE Ideal Standard alla vicina SVAI. Bel modo di trattare i clienti.... Chiaramente all'Innerhofer non mi vedranno più... I went to the Innerhofer warehouse in Rovereto to buy an Ideal Standard toilet seat. WITHOUT INFORMING ME THAT IT WAS COMPETITIVE, they provided me with the tablet which, assembled in the evening, broke the next morning simply by sitting down. In this way I was able to verify that it was in coated panforte and not in polymer like the original. I asked for a replacement, since the manufacturing defect was evident, but THE REPLACEMENT WAS REFUSED without any explanation other than "The factory told me it was not defective and therefore not replaceable". I specify that, at the same price, I later found the ORIGINAL Ideal Standard tablet at the nearby SVAI. Nice way of treating customers .... of course they won't see me again at the Innerhofer ...
