La cosa che mi ha colpito e la loro accoglienza e l’attenzione che danno a tutte le persone che entrano.
Siccome era da attendere perché avevo molti documenti da stampare, mi hanno offerto anche il caffè, un gesto inaspettato in un negozio di questo settore.
Non è tanto l’offrirmi il caffè, ma l’umanità è il servizio che danno, che fanno di loro dei professionisti con quale è sempre un piacere aver a che fare .
I was in Palermo and I had to print some documents, obviously I went to the nearest stationery shop, where I saw that they offer a multitude of services.
The thing that struck me is their welcome and the attention they give to all the people who enter.
As I had to wait because I had many documents to print, they also offered me coffee, an unexpected gesture in a shop in this sector.
It is not so much offering me coffee, but humanity is the service they give, which makes them professionals with whom it is always a pleasure to deal.
