★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto installare l'impianto da Electa Italia installatore autorizzato. Dopo qualche problemino tecnico con il modulo Nexus dovuto alla sua ricezione.... Posso per ora reputarmi soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Inutile dire che un tecnico esperto può conoscere pregi e difetti di un sistema e agire di conseguenza. Il fai da te su certe cose (e parla un hobbysta per eccellenza) deve esser messo da parte. Per ora va tutto bene

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo prodotto, pessimo servizio: da un anno vivo con la mia ragazza e li avrò fatti uscire per assistenza almeno 10 volte.
Suona, squilla il telefono tutto in piena notte, sia quando siamo a casa, sia quando siamo in giro (non so cosa sia peggio).
Escono in assistenza e sistemano soltanto temporaneamente il problema, poi un mese dopo succede qualcosa. Stamattina alle 5.30 è squillato 5 volte il telefono, o qualcuno lo sistema, o l'antifurto finisce fuori dalla finestra.

Servizio cloud che non riesce ad accedere alla centrale quasi mai, chiavi che si sprogrammano... e poi bisogna chiamante i tecnici. Deluso è dir poco. Soldi buttati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho deciso due anni fà di installare da solo un antifurto completo della Inim. Ci ho impiegato parecchio tempo per la programmazione, e non è del tutto funzionante al 100%. I componenti gli ho acquistati da un rivenditore online , pagati con regolare fattura. La inim non da assolutamente assistenza hai privati , cosa che ritengo assurda , bisogna far uscire per forza un tecnico specializzato. Ho contattato svariate volte in passato la loro sede per assistenza, ma non mi hanno mai aiutato del tutto anzi erano contrari al fatto che io avessi acquistato i componenti online ( originali di casa loro). Spero non si guasti mai il sistema , di sicuro non acquisterò più inim andrò su altri prodotti più semplici.
I decided two years ago to install a complete Inim anti-theft device by myself. It took a long time to program, and it's not fully functional 100%. I bought the components from an online retailer, paid for with a regular invoice. The inim absolutely does not give assistance you have private, which I think absurd, it is necessary to bring out a specialized technician. I have contacted their office several times in the past for assistance, but they never helped me completely and they were opposed to the fact that I had bought the components online (original from their house). I hope the system never fails, for sure I will not buy more in the same way I will go to other simpler products.
