★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo avemi venduto 50 penne staedtler mi accorgo che tutte erano non funzionanti , chiedo gentilmente di poterle sostituire ma mi viene negato perché sicuri di non aver venduto loro quelle penne, nonostante la recente fattura lo dimostrasse .
Per pochi soldi non vale assolutamente la pena insistere e intraprendere vie legali , ma di certo non tornerò mai più in quel posto , mi sono senito derubato e accusato ingiustamente di aver tentato il raggiro nei loro confronti , ma la realtà è che hanno merce in giacenza da anni e quindi mal funzionate o addirittura inutilizzabile .
After having sold 50 staedtler pens I realize that all of them were not working, I kindly ask to be able to replace them but I am denied because I am sure I have not sold them those pens, despite the recent invoice proving it.
For little money it is absolutely not worthwhile to insist and take legal action, but I will certainly never return to that place, I felt robbed and unjustly accused of having tried to deceive them, but the reality is that they have goods in stock for years and therefore malfunctioning or even unusable.
