Ho firmato un precontratto per i lavori di ristrutturazione con l ecobonus e avrei dovuto versare 3.000,00 euro (quale cauzione da restituire o no a seconda della correttezza catastale) per l'avvio delle procedure. Ho temporeggiato, avvisando l'impresa, che avrei effettuato il bonifico dopo i miei accertamenti catastali , che si sono rivelati imprecisi, quindi mi adopero per l'aggiornamento. Ultimati questi ultimi ed essendo tutto in regola, avviso Ingenera che avrei proceduto, ma a questo punto si sono tirati inspiegabilmente indietro. Non so ancora adesso, dopo aver parlato con gli operatori il motivo del recesso. Io mi sono fatta un'idea My experience to communicate that the company is not reliable. Ho portato avanti l' Ecobonus con loro perchè asseverano tutto al 100% e dunque seguono direttamente i lavori fatti come da normative Statali. Ho versato i 3000€ di caparra cauzionale e i lavori si sono susseguiti con regolarità. Sicuramente rifarei tutto con Ingenera. Sono affidabili. Serious and professional company. Non ho dovuto espletare alcuna pratica con uffici pubblici e banche, hanno fatto tutto loro. Non versate cauzioni se non avete prima un preventivo chiavi in mano, date lavori, termini e condizioni e tutte quelle cose normali per un intervento da decine di migliaia di euro Bad experience.
