Que dire à part "merci"! Super service.
Livraison: envoi rapide (même en économique), marchandise commandée très très bien emballée (aucun risque de dégradation durant le voyage).
Les produits commandés: suites aux indications et divers tableaux des tailles sur le site, tout l'habillement est parfaitement ajusté comme il se doit. Pièces mécaniques emballées dans plusieurs couches de papier-bulle, aucun risque de dégradation possible.
A noter également, qu'un article (gants) n'était plus en stock au moment de la commande, un très sympathique conseiller clientèle m'a contacté par mail afin de me proposer un remplacement par un autre modèle dans les 12 heures ayant suivi la validation de ma commande. 2 jours après il m'a informé qu'ils c'étaient réapprovisionner et que je recevrais l'article commandé. Ce même conseiller (Français) c'est montré très disponible, ouvert, compétent et très sympathique ceci pour d'autre questions aussi.
Prix: canon, actions régulières sur des produits haut de gamme. Pour ma part, ce que j'ai acheté, avec frais de port et de douane, cela m'a coûté 1/3 de moins que toute la concurrence consultée tout compris.

Delivery: fast shipment (even economy), ordered goods very well packaged (no risk of damage during the trip).
Products ordered: following the indications and various size charts on the site, all the clothing is perfectly adjusted as it should. Mechanical parts wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap, no risk of degradation possible.
Also note, that an item (gloves) was no longer in stock at the time of the order, a very nice customer advisor contacted me by email to offer me a replacement by another model within 12 hours. the validation of my order. 2 days later he informed me that they were restocking and that I would receive the ordered item. This same adviser (French) is shown to be very available, open, competent and very friendly for other questions too.
Price: canon, regular actions on high-end products. For my part, what I bought, with postage and customs, it cost me 1/3 less than all the competition consulted all inclusive.
