Volevo aprire un conto con mia madre ma il personale non era affatto disponibile (a differenza del personale Ing Direct di Milano dove risiedo da 2 anni). Ci siamo ritrovate tre ragazzi che facevano "l'ambarabaciccicocò" per servirci, io e mia madre siam rimaste allibite, soprattutto perché la banca a Milano mi aveva promesso tutti i servizi disponibili e questa a Salerno si è dimostrata una barzelletta. Unhelpful and playful staff. I didn't feel like I was in the bank. I wanted to open an account with my mother but the staff was not available at all (unlike the Ing Direct staff in Milan where I have lived for 2 years). We found three boys who were doing "ambarabaciccicocò" to serve us, my mother and I were appalled, especially because the bank in Milan had promised me all the services available and this in Salerno proved to be a joke.

Gli agenti di questa filiale sono un manipolo di sfaticati ed incapaci, ogni volta che ho chiesto loro un' informazione mi hanno sempre risposto con toni seccati e la metà delle volte mi hanno anxhe dato informazioni sbagliate. Per il cambio degli assegni infine, bisogna per forza recarsi a napoli, è vergognoso. Never as in this case, I can assure you that all the negative reviews that describe this orange store, are all true. The agents of this branch are a bunch of lazy and incapable, every time I asked them for information they always answered me with annoyed tones and half of the time they gave me wrong information. To change the checks finally, you're forced to go to Naples, it is shameful.

Specifico che l'apertura deve avvenire in prima possibile, ed i tempi che mi menzionano sono buoni ed in linea con quanto letto online. Ovviamente, nessun tempo viene rispettato e sono costretto ad aprire un nuovo conto da un'altra banca, causando un enorme ritardo alla creazione dell'azienda che doveva essere costituita. mai più da voi. Ma il punto forte sono sicuramente i consulenti e l'offerta. Da tempo cercavo un istituito per stipulare un mutuo e solo grazie alla professionalità e disponibilità di Cristina ho trovato quello che rispondeva esattamente alle mie necessità e disponibilità. Sono stata seguita passo passo in ogni operazione e documentazione necessaria....ed oggi ho finalmente quel che cercavo! Sicuramente mi rivolgerò a loro per altri servizi. Grazie ancora. Definitely a positive experience, starting from the headquarters: a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment with a play of colors with orange that makes you happy. But the strong point is certainly the consultants and the offer. For some time I was looking for an institution to take out a mortgage and only thanks to Cristina's professionalism and availability I found the one that exactly met my needs and availability. I was followed step by step in every operation and necessary documentation .... and today I finally have what I was looking for! I will definitely turn to them for other services. Thanks again.
