★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DA EVITARE PROPRIO , mi fornisce una stampante con contratto leasing poi mi chiede un contratto apprate di assistenza ma comunque abbiamo fatto un contratto di assistenza dipende alle copie che faccio , poi scopro dopo che la stampante è vecchia e dà problemi , rivolgo all'ufficio e mi dicono abbiamo un contratto di assistenza e sistemiamo tutto noi . infatti passato un anno ma non solo è passato anche l'anno di garanzia . in poche parole mi hanno preso un giro per passare il primo anno . dopo un anno è stata fermata proprio la stampante per problema di fusore !!! e mi chiedono il costo del fusore che costa quasi euro 500 . poi dopo di che ho dovuto cambiare il tamburo e la cinghia e un ruolo di trasferimento da tasca mia . NON SONO ONESTI PER NIENTE .
TO AVOID ITSELF, he gives me a printer with a leasing contract then he asks me for an apprate service contract but in any case we have made a service contract it depends on the copies I make, then I discover after that the printer is old and gives problems, I contact the office and they tell me we have a service contract and we will take care of everything. in fact, a year has passed but not only has the guarantee year passed. in a nutshell they took me for a ride to spend the first year. after a year the printer was stopped due to a fuser problem !!! and they ask me the cost of the fuser which costs almost 500 euros. then after that I had to change the drum and belt and a transfer role from my own pocket. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AT ALL.
