★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un Apple Cinema Display del 2008 dato per spacciato da sedicenti guru informatici è stato resuscitato (sostituzione della mother board) da informatica Napoli per poco più di 150 euro iva compresa, esattamente come da preventivo senza sorprese. Più spese di spedizione (io sono a Roma).
La riparazione è stata laboriosa (alle fine oltre un mese) ma Carlo mi ha tenuto informato che hanno dovuto fare diverse prove perché i principali imputati ( i led) erano ok e i pezzi di ricambio non proprio a portata di mano.
Non credo di dover aggiungere altro. I risultati parlano da soli. Il pelo nell’uovo? 5 mesi di garanzia sulla riparazione forse sono pochi ma ragazzi e’ uno schermo di 13 (dicasi tredici) anni fa. Non credo si possa chiedere di meglio. 5 stelle.
 A 2008 Apple Cinema Display passed off by self-styled computer gurus has been resurrected (replacement of the mother board) by computer Naples for just over 150 euros including VAT, exactly as per the estimate with no surprises. Plus shipping costs (I'm in Rome).
The repair was laborious (eventually over a month) but Carlo kept me informed that they had to do several tests because the main defendants (the LEDs) were ok and the spare parts were not really close at hand.
I don't think I need to add anything else. The results speak for themselves. The nit? 5 months warranty on the repair is perhaps a few, but guys it's a 13 (say thirteen) year old screen. I don't think you can ask for anything better. 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo raramente recensioni, ma nel caso di InformaticaNapoli non posso esimermi dal raccomandare la professionalità e la competenza di quest'azienda che mi ha riparato un iMac vecchio di 10 anni, che tutti i tecnici da me interpellati a Roma o non sono stati in grado di diagnosticare o del quale tutt'al più consigliavano la sostituzione.
Li ho scelti per la loro filosofia di lavoro che prevede fin dove possibile la riparazione in alternativa alla sostituzione, che condivido in pieno, e devo dire che mai scelta fu più azzeccata.
Ho soprattutto apprezzato l'avermi spiegato con precisione il tipo di intervento da eseguire, preventivandone costo e durata con totale chiarezza, ad un costo più che ragionevole che ha anche giustificato i due viaggi da Roma e ritorno per consegna e ritiro del PC.
Li consiglio vivamente!
I rarely write reviews, but in the case of InformaticaNapoli I cannot fail to recommend the professionalism and competence of this company that repaired a 10-year-old iMac for me, which all the technicians I interviewed in Rome or were not able to diagnose or at most recommend the replacement.
I chose them for their working philosophy that provides repair as far as possible as an alternative to replacement, which I fully agree with, and I must say that never was a more appropriate choice.
I especially appreciated having explained to me precisely the type of intervention to be performed, estimating cost and duration with total clarity, at a more than reasonable cost that also justified the two trips from Rome and back for delivery and collection of the PC.
I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio di riparazione ECCELLENTE, la mia smart TV philips presentava un riavvio continuo ogni 15 s circa. Portata al centro assistenza philips subito dopo ho funzionato per circa qualche settimana per poi ripresentarsi il problema. Inviata mainboard a InformaticaNapoli e dopo il reballing (perfettissimo) tutto inizia a funzionare senza problemi e sono felicissimo del lavoro svolto. Per quanto riquadra le informazioni pre e post riparazione il laboratorio si attesta a un voto altissimo, sempre disponibili e tempestivi. Grazie per il lavoro svolto
EXCELLENT repair workshop, my philips smart TV had a continuous reboot every 15s or so. Brought to the philips service center immediately after I worked for about a few weeks and then the problem recurs. Mainboard sent to InformaticaNapoli and after the reballing (very perfect) everything starts to work without problems and I am very happy with the work done. As far as pre and post repair information is concerned, the laboratory has a very high rating, always available and timely. Thanks for the work done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza! Chiari, trasparenti, veloci e tutto al giusto prezzo. Ho riparato 2 iMac, uno del 2011 con sostituzione scheda video (tanti modelli a scelta in base alla "tasca" e all'esigenza) e l'altro del 2009 per sostituzione lampade LED. Tutto perfetto! La cura e la scrupolosità dei loro interventi è difficilmente paragonabile.
Great experience! Clear, transparent, fast and all at the right price. I repaired 2 iMacs, one from 2011 with video card replacement (many models to choose from based on "pocket" and need) and the other from 2009 for LED lamp replacement. All perfect! The care and scrupulousness of their interventions is hardly comparable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho avuto un'ottima esperienza con informaticaNapoli, avevo un problema con il mio MacAir da 3 anni che non mi permetteva di usarlo se non avevo attaccato il cavo di carica, un autentico fastidio assoluto, non era un problema di batteria ma di scheda madre. l'avevo portato ad altri 5 tecnici di cui 4 non lo hanno manco aperto non volendo sistemarlo dal primo momento da quando spiegavo il problema, 1 lo aveva aperto ma non riuscito a trovare il problema, avevo perso le speranze ma ho trovato Carlo e la sua equipe cercando un po su google, vedendo le sue recensioni, tutte positive, e la sua pagina web con ogni problema descrito, risolto e spiegato al minimo dettaglio ho voluto fare l'ultima prova e ho fatto bene perche la professionalità che ti brindano dal primo contatto non lo ho mai avuta altrove, hanno una conoscenza tecnica e prattica per le riparazioni che spunta altamente su qualunque altro troviate in giro, se hai un problema che pensavi non fosse risolvibile portalo a loro e non ti deluderanno, devo aggiungere che i prezzi sono anche ottimi, grazie tante per portare in vita il mio mac!! I had an excellent experience with computer science in Naples, I had a problem with my MacAir for 3 years that did not allow me to use it if I had not connected the charging cable, a real absolute annoyance, it was not a battery problem but a motherboard problem. I had brought it to 5 other technicians, 4 of which did not even open it, not wanting to fix it from the first moment since I explained the problem, 1 had opened it but could not find the problem, I had lost hope but I found Carlo and the his team looking a bit on google, seeing his reviews, all positive, and his web page with every problem described, solved and explained in detail I wanted to do the last test and I did well because the professionalism that toast you from I have never had first contact anywhere else, they have a technical and practical knowledge for repairs that ticks highly on any other you find around, if you have a problem that you thought was not solvable bring it to them and they will not disappoint you, I must add that the prices they are great too, thank you so much for bringing my mac to life !!
