★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona a cui mi sono rivolta è risultata molto scortese non lasciandomi praticamente parlare; dicendomi in modo fastidioso "ma come non sa che tutti i musei di Milano sono chiusi di lunedì?". Beh ragazzi che una città di rilevanza internazionale si permetta di tenere chiusi tutti i musei nello stesso giorno non mi sembra il massimo. Alla fine grazie alle info fornitemi da un gentile operatore della biglietteria del Duomo abbiamo visitato l'unico museo aperto di lunedì: la Casa Museo Poldi Pezzoli ... bellissima.
 The person I turned to was very rude by practically not letting me speak; annoyingly saying to me "but how does he not know that all the museums in Milan are closed on Mondays?". Well guys that a city of international importance allows itself to keep all its museums closed on the same day does not seem the best. In the end, thanks to the info provided by a kind operator from the Duomo ticket office, we visited the only museum open on Monday: the Poldi Pezzoli House Museum ... beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cortesia del personale e la ricchezza dei materiali messi a disposizione fanno pensare che la cosa migliore sarebbe chiudere del tutto questo info-point. Disastroso biglietto da visita di Milano, e infatti i commenti dei turisti stranieri esprimono sconcerto e frustrazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy español y de turismo por Italia. En Milán, necesité una determinada información, la funcionaria me trató con muy malos modales.
Una persona que está cara al público, debe servir para ello, estar educada para ello, sino, no sirve para ese puesto de trabajo y debería ser reemplazada de inmediato. Si esa persona viajá un día a España y entra en una oficina de turismo, sé dará cuenta de lo que es tratar al turista con educación y buenos modales.
