β β β β β E' una zona particolarmente interessante...verso il mare vi e' la chiesetta di san michele, sede di culto, e una antica torre di guardia...nel mare e' possibile individuare dei muri che facevano parte di un antico porto romano...verso le saline vi e' la sede dell'infopoint pro loco e le sedi di associazioni legate alla natura...a ridosso delle saline vi sono i resti dell'antico villaggio dei salinieri
It is a particularly interesting area ... towards the sea there is the church of San Michele, a place of worship, and an ancient watchtower ... in the sea it is possible to identify walls that were part of an ancient Roman port ... towards the salt pans there is the headquarters of the pro loco info point and the offices of associations linked to nature ... close to the salt pans there are the remains of the ancient village of the salt workers

β β β β β Un pomeriggio di fine estate assolutamente deludente.
Positive la buona volonta' della guida, e la qualita' indiscussa del Parco Naturale delle Saline quanto a varieta' e facilita' di possibili avvistamenti, ma non bastano a compensare le carenze di una struttura che non dispone di acqua corrente per l'unico bagno, del tutto inaccessibile, e di una gita che si e' dovuta svolgere con mezzi personali, e in situazioni di pericolo nei tratti a piedi tanto per il traffico veicolare, quanto per la presenza immondizia lungo i sentieri. Una scelta piu' accurata dei percorsi, o una gita negli stessi posti in autonomia, avrebbe fornito le stesse sensazioni, con una maggiore serenita' per l'incolumita' dei bambini presenti.

Positive the good will of the guide, and the undisputed quality of the Saline Natural Park in terms of variety and ease of possible sightings, but they are not enough to compensate for the shortcomings of a structure that does not have running water for the only bathroom , completely inaccessible, and of a trip that had to be carried out with personal means, and in situations of danger in the sections on foot both for the vehicular traffic and for the presence of garbage along the paths. A more accurate choice of the routes, or a trip to the same places independently, would have provided the same sensations, with greater serenity for the safety of the children present.

β β β β β Situato nel Villaggio dei Salinieri Γ¨ fantastico per il birdwatching, per l'accoglienza riservata ai turisti e completezza di informazioni turistiche. Si puΓ² godere di un panorama meraviglioso, che guarda dall'alto dalla zona umida al mare, spaziando dal Gargano a Castel del Monte al Monte Vulture. Ottimo parcheggio, anche per camper. Consigliatissimo x chi vuole conoscere questo meraviglioso territorio degustando le specialitΓ del posto. Visita anche in inglese.
Located in the Salinieri Village, it is fantastic for bird watching, for the welcome given to tourists and for the completeness of tourist information. You can enjoy a wonderful panorama, which looks down from the wetland to the sea, ranging from Gargano to Castel del Monte to Monte Vulture. Excellent parking, also for campers. Highly recommended for those who want to get to know this wonderful area by tasting the local specialties. Visit also in English.
