Ovviamente Paypal mi ha rimborsato ma ho dovuto pagare le spese di restituzione. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. STATE ATTENTI Bad experience on ebay. After getting the product details wrong I was blamed for wrong. Obviously Paypal refunded me but I had to pay the return costs. NOT RECOMMENDED. BE CAREFUL

Dopo aver ordinato un'auto elettrica ho chiesto una spedizione più celere di quella garantita dall'azienda e nonostante fosse agosto mi è stata consegnata il giorno dopo aver fatto l'ordine. L'auto corrisponde alla descrizione, unica pecca sono le istruzioni poco chiare ma compensate dalla disponibilità del personale che mi ha chiarito ogni dubbio. Highly recommended. After ordering an electric car I asked for a faster shipment than the one guaranteed by the company and despite it being August it was delivered to me the day after I placed the order. The car corresponds to the description, the only flaw are the unclear instructions but compensated by the availability of the staff who clarified any doubts to me.

Il venditore se ne è lavato le mani dando tutta la colpa al corriere che afferma di aver consegnato la merce nel posto giusto....peccato che io ero in vacanza a 1500 km di distanza .....caro venditore, il corriere non l'ho scelto io e dovresti essere tu a rivalerti su di lui..... Incorrect seller. I bought one of their products on ebay that was never delivered to me. The seller washed his hands and blamed the courier who claims he delivered the goods to the right place .... pity that I was on vacation 1500 km away ..... dear seller, the courier does not I chose him and you should be the one to retaliate on him .....

I ordered a dayson 8 battery through y bay, a poor quality and obviously not working battery arrived at home, I wrote several complaints mails, and honestly still waiting for a reply for almost 10 days, very bad experience, quality of the service equal to 0, interest in keeping the customer 0, I would say very unreliable.
