Esiste un teatro tenda che di sera non viene usato. Questo porta dal mio punto di vista, ai locali che devono lavorare mancanza di turisti che dovrebbero incrementare i consumi Non voglio accusare nessuno, ma l'azienda di promozine turistica dovrebbe essere l'organo preposto a queste iniziative. G	Giordano Sterlocchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato a Comano in camper dal 9 al 20 settembre con mia moglie che doveva fare delle cure alle Terme e ci siamo fermati all'Area di sosta di Ponte Arche presso l'ex campo sportivo. Ci siamo rivolti all'ApT di Comano Ponte Arche ed abbiamo sempre avuto delle informazioni puntuali piene di proposte e di consigli che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno del tutto soddisfacente. Alla fine del soggiorno ho ringraziato personalmente la signora all'Ufficio, facendo i complimenti per l'ottimo servizio riservatoci e per le proposte di volta in volta presentateci per gli itinerari in eBike e per le visite guidate nel territorio, che abbiamo trovato di ottima qualità e ci è sembrato giusto esternarlo. Probabilmente dovremo tornare a Comano per le Terme nei prossimi anni ma sapremo di poter contare su una struttura gentile e preparata che merita solo di essere ringraziata. C	Cristina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già prima di arrivare per il mio soggiorno avevo contatto l’Apt per avere alcune informazioni, ma non erano stati in grado di rispondere a tutte le mie domande. Una volta arrivata, mi sono recata presso l’ufficio, la persona con cui ho parlato io ed è sempre stata la stessa, l’ho trovata sii gentile e cordiale ma poco preparata, non sapeva rispondere o consigliarmi. In più è successo un episodio molto spiacevole, ho prenotato una gita, al momento della prenotazione ho fatto presente che in hotel avevo letto che tale escursione era gratuita, loro mi hanno detto che assolutamente non poteva essere così e ho pagato quindi 28 euro. Tornata in hotel mi sono sincerata con la proprietaria, l’escursione in effetti sarebbe dovuta essere gratuita essendo un hotel outdoor friendly (notare avevo detto l’hotel nel quale soggiornavo), la proprietaria ha chiamato l’ufficio per chiedere il rimborso e si sono rifiutati di farlo. Ecco qui ho detto tutto. Professionalità, correttezza, preparazione, parole sconosciute nell’Apt di Comano Terme. Mi veniva comunicato, che non avendo raggiunto il nr min. è saltato; che peccato!!!! Chiedo delle informazioni e una cartina della zona. Mi è doveroso far presente, quel pomeriggio trovammo la sig. Simonetta. Persona di una gentilezza e professionalità del settore che non è solito incontrare in questi uffici, dove se ti rispondono alla tua richiesta sei fortunato e ti devi arrangiare da solo per documentarti. Avevo chiesto dei suggerimenti per qualche ristorante della zona, (visto che restavamo dei giorni) cucina casalinga famigliare. Devo dire, che dalle sue segnalazioni su dove abbiamo optato, ci siamo trovato benone, per qualità e simpatia dei ristoratori. GRAZIE We arrive and notice the Off.
