Sono andata allo showroom insieme a mio marito per comprare le nuove porte per il nuovo appartamento e siamo stati accolti da Francesca che nel rispetto delle normative covid- ha organizzato un appuntamento con noi, si è mostrata molto disponibile oltre che preparata a delucidare qualunque dubbio. Un grazie anche alla signora Katia che molto gentilmente ci ha fissato un appuntamento col signor Vaccaro che si è mostrato molto attento al cliente e cordiale. Grazie Ps: dimenticavo.. Per le porte c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta e la qualità è eccellente I only give 5 stars because I can't give more. I went to the showroom with my husband to buy the new doors for the new apartment and we were greeted by Francesca who, in compliance with the covid regulations, arranged an appointment with us, she was very helpful as well as prepared to elucidate any doubts. Thanks also to Mrs. Katia who very kindly set us an appointment with Mr. Vaccaro who was very attentive to the customer and friendly. Thank you Ps: I forgot .. For the doors there is plenty of choice and the quality is excellent

Vaccaro e tutti coloro con cui ci siamo interfacciati iniziando dalla segretaria presente negli uffici ai ragazzi Nicola e Vito per la loro disponibilità e la professionalità nel montaggio. I thank the courtesy of Mr. Vaccaro and all those with whom we interfaced starting from the secretary present in the offices to the boys Nicola and Vito for their availability and professionalism in the assembly. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto per la qualità del prodotto, cortesia e professionalità degli operatori. Gli infissi che ho scelto hanno tutte le caratteristi che cercavo: sono colore legno all'interno e bordeaux all'esterno ( in alluminio), hanno un'ampia superficie vetrata (mi serviva molta luce dentro casa), il profilo slim....molto slim. Mi hanno certificato 20 anni di garanzia. Senza contare che in questa ditta trattano solo il made in Italy (niente Est Europa)!!!!! I ordered my pvc / aluminum window frames from this company. I was very satisfied with the quality of the product, courtesy and professionalism of the operators. The fixtures I chose have all the characteristics I was looking for: they are wood color inside and burgundy on the outside (aluminum), they have a large glass surface (I needed a lot of light inside the house), the slim profile .... very slim. They have certified me 20 years of guarantee. Not to mention that in this company they only deal with made in Italy (no Eastern Europe) !!!!!

Abbiamo fin da subito apprezzato la discrezione della addetta alle vendite, Francesca, molto cordiale e preparata. Dopo avere valutato molti fattori abbiamo scelto di affidarci a loro. Adesso che ha diversi mesi che ci hanno montato gli infissi in pvc della Korus devo dire che abbiamo fatto la migliore scelta, infissi imponenti, posati a regola d'arte da gente professionale (basta vedere le foto) e... nemmeno un problema!! Non di meno il titolare, il Sig.Vaccaro è stato davvero eccezionale, venendoci incontro in una nostra necessità burocratica. Ci sentiamo di consigliare a tutti di tenere conto di questa ditta seria e professionale per realizzare i propri infissi di casa! After multiple estimates made here and there for our new fixtures, we came across the Infissi Vaccaro company, which offered us its best offer. We immediately appreciated the saleswoman's discretion, Francesca, very friendly and prepared. After evaluating many factors we chose to rely on them. Now that several months we have mounted the PVC frames of Korus I must say that we made the best choice, imposing frames, laid on the professional people perfection (just look at the photos) and ... even an issue! ! Nevertheless, the owner, Mr. Vaccaro was truly exceptional, coming to meet us in our bureaucratic need. We would like to advise everyone to consider this serious and professional company to make their own home fixtures!
