D	Daniela Marroncelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo comprato da questa azienda nel lontano 2012 porte e finestre per il nostro appartamento e abbiamo speso e PAGATO REGOLARMENTE €12.700,00 + iva. Dopo circa 3 giorni dall'installazione, ci siamo accordi che entrambe le portafinestre erano state montate male. In pratica tra le cerniere c'era uno spazio di circa 3 mm: ciò produceva gran spifferi. Abbiamo chiamato, scritto e riscritto, dopo 3 mesi sono venuti due ragazzi che hanno preso "letteralmente" a CALCI le due portafinestre per cercare di mettere a posto il problema. Dopo nemmeno una settimana il problema si è riproposto e ho chiamato mille volte nel corso di 2 anni, ma mi ha sempre risposto un ragazzo che mi diceva che era nuovo e che dovevo parlare con il titolare. Alla fine, ci abbiamo messo una croce nera sopra e abbiamo chiamato un'altra azienda per risolvere i problemi causati da loro. Successivamente, esattamente dopo 4 anni, quasi tutti i telai e gli stipiti delle porte interne sono caduti a terra. Erano stati INCOLLATI per finire il lavoro velocemente. Esperienza da dimenticare. We bought from this company back in 2012 doors and windows for our apartment and we paid and PAID REGULARLY € 12.700,00 + VAT. After about 3 days of installation, we agreed that both French doors had been mounted incorrectly. In practice there was a space of about 3 mm between the hinges: this produced great drafts. We called, wrote and rewrote, after 3 months two guys came who took "literally" to KICK the two French windows to try to fix the problem. After less than a week the problem came back and I called a thousand times over the course of 2 years, but a guy always answered me who told me he was new and that I had to talk to the owner. Eventually, we put a black cross on it and called another company to fix the problems caused by them. Subsequently, exactly after 4 years, almost all the frames and jambs of the interior doors fell to the ground. They had been GLUED to get the job done quickly. Experience to forget.
