★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho eseguito ieri sabato un ritocco degrade un trattamento e acconciatura eseguito da titolare e nonostante la giornata molto "impegnativa" (....) il risultato è stato comunque ottenuto con professionalità e utilizzo di ottimi prodotti davvero molto efficaci!
Yesterday Saturday I performed a retouching degrade a treatment and hairstyle performed by the owner and despite the very "busy" day (....) the result was still obtained with professionalism and the use of excellent products that are really very effective!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato un po’ a fare questa recensione, perché a caldo avrei dato una stella, invece ne do due perché la ragazza che mi ha fatto i capelli é stata molto brava e molto carina ed educata, a difrenerenza, ovviamente a mio parere, della titolare.
Il lavoro mi è stato fatto bene, quasi nulla da dire, il problema é il tono con cui la proprietaria mi si è rivolta. Dopo aver fatto un errore, sarebbe carino rivolgersi al cliente che ha speso la modica cifra di euro 120 (55 di degradé joelle, 25 per un taglio punte, 20 di maschera capelli, e 20 di shampoo) in tono cortese: dico solo che se io, che lavoro a contatto con il pubblico, mi fossi rivolta così ad un mio cliente sarei stata licenziata in tronco. Ci può anche essere la bravura, ma finché la titolare utilizza toni di questo tipo coi clienti preferisco recarmi a spendere 120 euro ogni 3 mesi altrove.
Vero che non vado dal parrucchiere per fare amicizia, ma essere trattata, dal momento che pago, con cortesia e rispetto lo pretendo.

After making a mistake, it would be nice to contact the customer who spent the modest sum of 120 euros (55 for degradé joelle, 25 for a haircut, 20 for hair mask, and 20 for shampoo) in a courteous tone: I just say that if I, who work in contact with the public, had turned to one of my clients so I would have been fired on the spot. There may also be skill, but as long as the owner uses tones of this type with customers I prefer to go to spend 120 euros every 3 months elsewhere.
It is true that I do not go to the hairdresser to make friends, but to be treated, since I pay, with courtesy and respect I demand it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono da 3 anni che vengo in questo salone e il personale mi accoglie sempre con un sorriso fantastico e una dolcezza da famiglia.
Un personale davvero fantastico e sopratutto il loro lavoro è fantastico hanno delle mani in cui rimani a bocca aperta, non cambierei per niente al mondo.
Uso tecniche e prodotti in cui non danneggiano il capello e sopratutto cercano di rilassare la radice massaggiando la testa e non solo.
Se dovessi consigliare un parrucchiere?!!! Beh ovviamente INFINITO!!! ❤️❤️

I have been coming to this salon for 3 years and the staff always welcomes me with a fantastic smile and a family sweetness.
A really fantastic staff and above all their work is fantastic they have hands in which you remain speechless, I would not change for anything in the world.
I use techniques and products in which they do not damage the hair and above all try to relax the root by massaging the head and more.
Should I recommend a hairdresser? !!! Well of course INFINITE !!! ❤️❤️
