Dall'assistenza in fase di scelta, alla presa delle misure, fino all'installazione tutti sono stati gentili, professionali e disponibili. Ho fatto l’ordine è uscito il tecnico per verificare le misure e nella data prestabilita è stata fatta l’installazione a regola d’arte e velocemente grazie anche alla qualità curata nei minimi particolari dalla produzione. Tutto perfetto, grande gentilezza e professionalità a partire dalla Sig.na Federica a quella degli installatori. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Onesti e molto seri, consiglio a tutti. Installazione vergognosa e stiamo aspettando da Aprile che vengano ancora a sistemare le zanzariere.... ovviamente la fattura è stata saldata entro i termini concordati...! Stay away for windows and mosquito nets! Misleading estimates with non-existent tax deductions or with incorrect percentages! Dopo aver contattato diversi fabbri, che mi proponevano soluzioni "poco" personalizzate, che non soddisfavano le nostre esigenze, un mio cliente mi ha presentato Antonio, titolare di Inferriate & Infissi. Dopo aver preso le misure di tutte le finestre mi ha proposto soluzioni personalizzate, finestra per finestra: alcune inferriate fisse, altre apribili all'interno (molto pratiche e soprattutto sicure), altre snodabili. In seguito ho visitato il suo show room e mi ha fatto vedere la carpenteria, ovvero dove producono le inferriate, le persiane, gli infissi e ho capito perchè loro erano in grado di offrirmi diverse soluzioni. Hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna, hanno montato tutte le inferriate (ben 11 finestre) in un solo giorno e hanno anche verificato insieme a mia moglie il funzionamento, in modo da essere sicuri che le inferiate si aprano e chiudano senza fare fatica. Elevatà qualità, ottimo servizio e prezzi molto competitivi.... ho anche risparmiato il 20/30% rispetto ad altri preventivi. COME E' POSSIBILE? Solo chi produce è in grado di realizzare inferriate e infissi veramente su misura, di farti risparmiare e soprattutto di fatturare tutti i lavori con IVA agevolata al 10%. Later I visited his showroom and showed me the carpentry, or where they produce railings, shutters, fixtures and I understood why they were able to offer me different solutions. They met the delivery times, they assembled all the railings (11 windows) in a single day and they also checked the operation with my wife, so as to be sure that the grilles open and close effortlessly. High quality, excellent service and very competitive prices .... I have also saved 20/30% compared to other estimates. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE? Only those who produce are able to make really customized railings and fixtures, to save money and above all to invoice all jobs with 10% subsidized VAT. Truly reliable company.

Azienda seria, professionale e tempestiva nelle risposte e soluzioni. La cortesia, gentilezza e professionalità sono di casa! E' doveroso riconoscere grande professionalità alla Sig.ra Federica, Antonio e i tecnici (purtroppo non ricordo i nomi) che sono venuti ad installare le inferriate. Massima serietà e professionalità, sono davvero molto soddisfatta anche per il trattamento economico che mi hanno riservato. Consiglio senza alcun dubbio l'azienda e le persone che vi lavorano, il prodotto è eccellente e risponde agli standard richiesti da Bureau Veritas con tanto di certificazione (il che non è da tutti!). I definitely recommend the company and the people who work there, the product is excellent and meets the standards required by Bureau Veritas with a lot of certification (which is not for everyone!).
