★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il proprietario Luciano persona poco raccomandabile,ho chiesto disponibilità per un lavoro,d’altronde nello stesso comune, dopo sopralluogo ha accettato dicendomi che in 20 giorni avrebbe eseguito l’intervento,trattandosi di lavoro urgente ho chiarito da subito che essendo un lucernario e quindi era esposto a pioggia,passati più di 50 giorni ho chiesto più volte chiarimenti in merito,ma ha continuato a promettere date assolutamente fasulle ,trattandosi di un appartamento da dare in locazione mi ha danneggiato in più modi,non credo sia un professionista ,non posso che sconsigliare ,premetto che non ho chiesto e soprattutto avuto preventivo ,altra cosa da tenere in considerazione !Se da subito mi avesse detto che non era possibile non avrei avuto nessun problema nei suoi confronti chiaramente

If you had immediately told me that it was not possible, I would have clearly had no problem with you
