★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato qualche volta in questo locale e devo dire che non mi sono trovato male, ma peggio...Iniziamo con la qualità della merce e il prezzo:scadente!!! I prezzi sono carissimi e spesso gli scaffali carenti, a volte il banco della carne mal tenuto e il pavimento sporco. Per non parlare della lentezza alle casse: file chilometriche, ma sempre e solo una cassa. nel frattempo il personale, consapevole del disagio e della confusione generale, rimane immobile a guardare o a fare gli affari loro! La pecca massima però è il banco gastronomia. Il pane non viene tagliato secondo le richieste dei clienti, soprattutto se ci vai di pomeriggio, i prezzi dei salumi sono invisibili e illeggibili da quanto sono lontani e poi il personale è lentissimo. C'è la coda e loro si mettono a parlare o a sistemare dietro, in particolare un signore sulla mezza età, un po' calvo. Quanto è lentoooo...Assurdo! Certa gente non dovrebbe stare lì o meglio, servirebbe una bella lavata di capo dai superiori. Purtoppo però il problema di fondo è la mafia, la politica!!! Sconsigliatissimooooo!!!!

The bread is not cut according to customer requests, especially if you go in the afternoon, the prices of cold cuts are invisible and illegible from how far they are and then the staff is very slow. There is a tail and they start talking or settling back, especially a bald middle-aged man. How slow is it ... Absurd! Some people should not stay there or better, they would need a good head wash from their superiors. Unfortunately, however, the basic problem is the mafia, politics !!! Sconsigliatissimooooo !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima dal personale incompetente e svogliato alle informazioni ingannevoli. Di tutto lo staff si salvano nn più di tre impiegati il resto ha mancanza di educazione,incompetenza e MENEFREGHISMO. Inoltre non hanno rispetto e tutela delle persone diversamente abili. In ultimo nn essendo preparati alla nuova regola per la lotteria degli scontrini,ti rispondono che il consumatore deve autonomamente inviare i dati dello scontrino alla agenzia delle entrate. Siamo veramente di fronte al massimo del menefreghismo e incompetenza. Ho anche scritto alcune lamentele e osservazioni alla direzione ma!! Nessuno risponde. Classico di questi calderoni marci.
