Ero convinta che, a causa delle mie fortissime allergie, non avrei mai potuto giocare con la mia immagine...cambiarla a mio piacimento. Avevo costruito l'ennesimo limite intorno a me...ma poi ho incontrato Domingo ed il suo staff. Persone preparatissime e attente. Il suo atelier è un luogo dove l'attenzione al cliente è un tratto distintivo. Dove l'attenzione ai prodotti è altissima. Coccole e professionalità sono il loro Must. Incatalupo Atelier...un luogo dove l'IMpossibile diviene possibile!!! After 50 years for the first time I decided to bring light to my hair. I was convinced that, due to my very strong allergies, I could never play with my image ... change it to my liking. I had built yet another limit around me ... but then I met Domingo and his staff. Very knowledgeable and attentive people. His atelier is a place where attention to the customer is a distinctive feature. Where the attention to the products is very high. Pampering and professionalism are their Must. Incatalupo Atelier ... a place where the impossible becomes possible !!!

Innanzitutto ho notato la puntualità del servizio che per me conta tantissimo perché segno di rispetto e professionalità. Merito a Luca che con grande maestria e amore per il suo lavoro ha riprodotto il taglio da me richiesto! La mia persona è stata curata sin dal primo ingresso nel salone. La buona organizzazione del personale permette una gestione puntuale dei servizi. Così come ogni professionista si dedica alle esigenze di ogni singolo cliente, tengo a complimentarmi con Luca, colui che è stato dietro ai miei quarti di luna e ha reso i miei capelli, visibilmente belli. Ha eseguito ogni lavoro con dedizione e passione. Ero una cliente di passaggio, di non facile persuasione, reduce di alcune brutte esperienze. Bravi gentili, coccolosi e pure onesti. Peccato non vivo a Bari. When you enter a salon this far north you expect to spend at least 150 euros so I was very worried about the expense. Voglio menzionare Odette perché mi ha ascoltata dal primo momento della consulenza, ed é stata molto gentile e di una disponibilità unica. Ha cercato in tutti modi di realizzare ciò che desideravo. L	Laura Uribe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for an acrylic fill. I specifically stated I had acrylic and was quoted $18 for acrylic or $30 for gel. I said I wanted acrylic and scheduled the appointment. I arrive for my appointment and again state I want an acrylic fill. She starts to do gel and I decide to let it go given the language barrier. When I go to pay the bill there is a $10 charge to remove my polish. Fine, they forgot to mention it. Then they bill me $50 for a gel fill. So I went from expecting $18 to a $60 bill. Live and learn. Next time get it in writing. Florinda did a beautiful job which is the only reason they are getting 3 stars. What a disappointing experience!
