Mi è caduta accidentalmente una confezione di birre (3€ circa) sul pavimento, peraltro neppure toccata (disposta male nello scaffale), e la cassiera me l'ha addebitata in scontrino ancór prima che io denunciassi l'accaduto. Per etica personale mi faccio carico sempre di episodi come questi, però devo pure osservare che in altri supermercati mi hanno impedito di pagare mostrando così di saper trattare con riguardo il cliente
I strongly advise against it. I accidentally dropped a pack of beers (about 3 €) on the floor, however even touched (badly placed on the shelf), and the cashier gave it to me even charged at the receipt before I denunciassi the incident. For personal ethics I always take charge of episodes like these, but I must also observe that in other supermarkets they have prevented me from paying, thus showing that I know how to deal with the customer

Not very tidy but there is a bit of everything and at affordable prices. Wide spaces but order and exposure should be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente rinnovato da non molto, salumi e latticini un po' cari, ma detersivi abbastanza convenienti. Sul personale avrei qualche remora: nulla di che, ma chiacchierano troppo con i clienti e l'attesa ai banchi salumeria ed ortofrutta mi hanno scoraggiato ad acquistare. Le casse non sono parallele, ma posizionate l' una accanto all'altra e così si crea confusione nella fila. Devo ammettere però che da sempre il negozio lavora tanto, quindi non significa che sia di scarsa qualità...io do solo il mio parere.
Not long ago renovated, cold cuts and dairy products a bit expensive, but quite convenient detergents. On the staff I would have some qualms: nothing special, but they chat too much with customers and the wait at the delicatessen and fruit and vegetable counters discouraged me from buying. The boxes are not parallel, but positioned next to each other and thus confusion is created in the row. I must admit, however, that the shop has always worked a lot, so it doesn't mean that it is of poor quality ... I only give my opinion.
