Detto da l'oro,non rispondeva nessuno ,mi sono recato in via meli,e notavo che il telefono squillava e nessuno lo prendeva
Ora capisco perché le cose non funzionano a Palermo

Hanno preso in carico una mia richiesta di naspi rinviando il completamento della pratica al giorno successivo , dopo che avevo palesato il mio bisogno di finire la pratica entro 2 giorni, pena la scadenza della data di presentazione della domanda.
Il giorno successivo una volta ritornato in sede per completare la pratica un'altra giovane dipendente mi dice che non è possibile completare la pratica, con spalleggiamento di un'altra collega che la aiutava a fare il possibile per deresponsabilizzarsi dal completamento della pratica. Il tutto condito con un atteggiamento saccente e petulante.
Risultato: ho perso tempo prezioso per l'invio della mia domanda , dovevano risolvermi un problema ed invece me lo hanno creato

They took on my request for reels postponing the completion of the file to the next day, after I had revealed my need to finish the file within 2 days, otherwise the application submission date would expire.
The next day, once back at the office to complete the practice, another young employee told me that it was not possible to complete the file, with the support of another colleague who was helping her to do everything possible to remove her responsibility from completing the practice. All seasoned with a pedantic and petulant attitude.
Result: I lost precious time sending my application, they had to solve a problem and instead they created it for me
