Five stars more than deserved: impeccable premises, always friendly and helpful staff, state-of-the-art equipment. I started going to this gym about 2 months ago and I found myself very well. Highly recommended.

Da tempo ormai fuori allenamento causa famiglia ,lavoro e pigrizia avevo dolori muscolari al livello cervicale e lombare ,il tono muscolare quasi inesistente!
Presa la decisione di iscrivermi in una palestra mi viene consigliata INBOODY con soli 20 minuti alla settimana!!!
Un po’ scettica faccio la prima prova , con la mia solita contrattura lombare…… da non crederci già dopo la prima seduta , sono tornata a casa con meno dolore!
Mi ha talmente convito che dal successivo appuntamento ho provveduto all’’iscrizione con un abbonamento annuale !
Devo dire che anche il mio tono muscolare è migliorato! Max e Paola sono davvero fantastici ti seguono con professionalità, impegno e simpatia!

I have been attending the INBOODY gym for about two months with excellent results and benefits!
For some time now out of training due to family, work and laziness I had muscle pain in the cervical and lumbar level, the muscle tone almost non-existent!
Having made the decision to join a gym, INBOODY is recommended to me with only 20 minutes a week !!!
A little skeptical, I do the first test, with my usual lumbar contracture ... ... unbelievable after the first session, I returned home with less pain!
He convinced me so much that from the next appointment I signed up with an annual subscription!
I must say that my muscle tone has also improved! Max and Paola are really fantastic, they follow you with professionalism, commitment and sympathy!
