★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza più che brutta, deceduta mia madre Aprile 2018 pensionata Enasarco, hanno fatto tutta documentazione per mio padre, reversibilità pensione inps ed enasarco con aggiunta assegno di morte per superstite il quale le spetta €1000, hanno inviato documentazione errata, ora sono mesi e mesi che sollecito con mail mi ha risposto una sola volta. Mi chiedo.........risponderanno ad un Avvocato? È un patronato per soli stranieri.

Si può prendere appuntamento per evitare di fare la fila in quanto vi sono molti settori che il personale gestisce giornalmente con pazienza e serietà. Gli uffici si trovano nelle vicinanze della Stazione Ferroviaria, difficoltà nel trovare un parcheggio. Si consiglia di telefonare per chiedere informazioni di interesse e per appuntamenti.

La gestione della fila è totalmente allo sbando e le informazioni rilasciate per le operazioni da svolgere mancano prima della fila, così ci si ritrova a fover tornare con i documenti necessari e si fanno code interminabili 2 volte... è imbarazzante fare 2h di fila per sentirsi dire "non possiamo fare niente oggi".
Il front office non è all'altezza.
Fate un raccoglitore con il necessario per ogni operazione così da poterlo consultare ed evitare di prendere il numero se non si hanno tutti i documenti necessari.
