***Sono riuscita, dopo vari tentativi, a parlare con il responsabile di sede nel tentativo di fare presente la mia spiacevole esperienza. Purtroppo questo signore, che si è posto in maniera molto indisponente e maleducata, ha deciso di attaccarmi il telefono in faccia prima ancora di sapere cos'era successo. Adesso capisco il comportamento degli impiegati.
