R	Rosario De Francisci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PRODOTTO DI QUALITÀ - VERNICIATURA INSUFFICIENTE CON RUGGINE DOPO 2 ANNI Ho acquistato dei serramenti da Inalf alla fine del 2014. bel prodotto e funzionale. Purtroppo dopo 2 anni appariva su qualche serramento della ruggine, e ho informato Inalf, che nel 2016 mi diceva che non è una cosa grave, basta trattare le parti con ruggine. Nel anno 2020 la situazione dei serramenti era molto peggiorata, con macchie e ruggine in tutti i serramenti. Abbiamo ricontattato Inalf, che spiegava che la situazione è cosi per il posto esposto (ma sono stati loro nel 2014 a fare il sopralluogo e a proporre il prodotto), comunque abbiamo altri serramenti in metallo che sono istallati ancora prima dei prodotti di Inalf, e che non mostrano queste imperfezioni e ruggine. La proposta di Inalf, per correggere la situazione era di verniciare tutto, a costi di oltre 2 mila Euro per 5 serramenti, senza garanzia. Abbiamo perso la fiducia nel processo di verniciatura dei prodotti Inalf, e abbiamo consultato diverse società, tutte commentavano che lo spessore dello zinco e del olore era insuffiziente. Abbiamo dato l‘ordine di carteggiare verniciare con diversi strati ad una altra società, il lavoro è fatto, vedremo come si sviluppa. CONCLUSIONE: peccato per un prodotto di qualità, che succedono queste cose con la verniciatura insufficiente. Con un migliore servizio dopo vendita si potrebbe ascoltare di più il cliente, non lasciarlo solo con il problema. Consiglio ai nuovi clienti Inalf, di osservare bene come si sviluppa il colore dei vostri serramenti, cosi entro i termini di garanzia potete intervenire. QUALITY PRODUCT - INSUFFICIENT RUST PAINT AFTER 2 YEARS I bought some windows from Inalf at the end of 2014. nice and functional product. Unfortunately after 2 years some rust appeared on some windows, and I informed Inalf, who in 2016 told me that it is not a serious thing, just treat the parts with rust. In the year 2020 the situation of the windows had worsened a lot, with stains and rust in all the windows. We contacted Inalf again, who explained that the situation is like this for the exposed place (but it was they who in 2014 did the inspection and proposed the product), however we have other metal doors and windows that are installed even before the Inalf products, and that they do not show these imperfections and rust. Inalf's proposal, to correct the situation, was to paint everything, at a cost of over 2 thousand euros for 5 windows, without guarantee. We lost faith in the painting process of Inalf products, and consulted several companies, all commenting that the thickness of the zinc and the color was insufficient. We have given the order to sand and paint with several layers to another company, the job is done, we will see how it develops. CONCLUSION: shame about a quality product, these things happen with insufficient painting. With better after sales service you could listen to the customer more, not leave them alone with the problem. I advise new Inalf customers to carefully observe how the color of your windows develops, so that you can intervene within the warranty terms.
