★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È l'INAIL. Cosa altro dire. Forse che è meglio non andarci? Ovviamente perché significa che non hai avuto infortuni. Io in 42 anni di lavoro non c'ero mai entrato, ma poi è successo. Ho trovato personale competente e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema, e da lunedi sono rientrato al lavoro. Grazie a tutto il personale.
 It is the INAIL. What else to say. Maybe it's better not to go there? Obviously because it means you haven't had injuries. I had never entered in 42 years of work, but then it happened. I found competent staff to solve any problem, and I returned to work on Monday. Thanks to all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medici competenti e personale cordiale, comprensibili le lunghe attese, gli infortunati che si rivolgono a questo Istituto sono davvero tanti. Beh non tutti i medici sono persone comprensive, a volte può capitare di incontrarne meno "umane" ma in ogni caso, svolgono il loro ruolo con la massima professionalità, punto.
Competent doctors and friendly staff, understandable the long waits, the injured who turn to this institute are so many. Well not all doctors are understanding people, sometimes it can happen to meet less "human" people but in any case, they play their role with the utmost professionalism, period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per le visite l'ingresso è da via Milazzo 10 dove si trova l'ufficio relazioni con il pubblico, prendetevi un buon libro moooolto lungo da leggere, vi servirà per passare l'attesa tra una coda e l'altra. È disponibile anche il servizio di wifi gratuito registrandosi sull'apposito portale. La maggior parte del personale è cortese e competente, purtroppo sottonumero rispetto alle persone affluenti.
For visits, the entrance is from via Milazzo 10 where the public relations office is located, take a good book sooooo long to read, you will need it to pass the wait between a queue and another. The free wifi service is also available by registering on the appropriate portal. Most of the staff are courteous and knowledgeable, sadly understaffed by the affluent people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono. Né alla mail, anche mandando PEC. Non forniscono documenti quando viene richiesto. Quando si vanno a fare delle visite nemmeno ti guardano e insinuano sempre che l'infortunio sia fasullo. Completamente incompetenti.
They never answer the phone. Nor by e-mail, even by sending PEC. They do not provide documents when requested. When they go for visits they don't even look at you and always insinuate that the injury is bogus. Completely incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione è molto negativa! Mi sono recata ieri all'Inail e la dottoressa non mi ha ne visitato ed addirittura ha asserito che non mi dava un bel niente! Dopo una mia lamentela mi ha visto un medico legale il quale ha asserito che ero in via di guarigione che mi chiude a l'infortunio capitato tra l'altro sul luogo di lavoro. Non mi è stato fatto nessun esame obiettivo, strumentale e del dolore. Oggi mi sto ripresentando all'Inail con forti dolori spero che mi vedano altrimenti andiamo avanti per altre vie. Io sono una contribuente come tutti del resto e loro sono stipendiati grazie a noi. Non lasciate stare perché i vostri diritti e la vostra salute è importante.
My review is very bad! I went to Inail yesterday and the doctor didn't visit me and even asserted that she didn't give me a damn thing! After one of my complaints, a medical examiner saw me who asserted that I was on the mend that he closed me to the accident that happened, among other things, in the workplace. I was not given any physical, instrumental and pain tests. Today I am returning to Inail with severe pain I hope they will see me otherwise we will go on in other ways. I am a taxpayer like everyone else and they are paid thanks to us. Don't let it go because your rights and your health are important.
