Tutto il personale a partire dalla reception ad arrivare alla dottoressa é stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Sarà che a Natale si è tutti più buoni My first experience was not very pleasant but maybe I got the wrong day. However, I must say that the second visit went very well. All the staff from the reception to the doctor were very kind and helpful. Maybe everyone is better at Christmas

Questa non è serietà, specialmente per tutti gli operai che dovrebbero seguire. Good doctors, however, the place seems to be non-existent unless you go there! Chiedono chi ha appuntamento alle 8:30 ed io rispondo che ho appuntamento alle 8:30. Entro e aspetto. Dopo un po' arriva l'assistente che mi dice che non avevo appuntamento. Rispondo che se mi si dice di venire alle 8:30 lo prendo come un appuntamento. Per tutta risposta hanno deciso di farmi passare davanti tutti. Davvero scorretti . Potevano almeno chiedermi quanti ne avevo davanti. Intanto son qua con stampella che aspetto e sono le 10:00 On the phone they tell me to introduce myself at 8:30. I arrive in front of the offices at 7:30 am. They open at 8:45. They ask who has an appointment at 8:30 and I answer that I have an appointment at 8:30. I come in and wait. After a while the assistant arrives telling me that I had no appointment. I answer that if I am told to come at 8:30 I take it as an appointment. In response, they decided to let me all pass. Really incorrect. At least they could ask me how many I had before me. Meanwhile, I am here with a crutch that I wait and it is 10:00

Dove sono andato per fare vari accertamenti tutti sono rimasti sorpresi che avevo impegnative INAIL. Io sono rimasto molto soddisfatto visto che sono arrivato a 200 giorni di infortunio. Friendly staff, and I would like to thank Dr. Silvia Imberti for everything she recommended me for a better treatment. Where I went to do various checks, everyone was surprised that I had INAIL referrals. I was very satisfied as I got to 200 days of injury.
