Devo precisare che fin dal 1967 la mia famiglia ha sempre commerciato questo tipo di articoli,fino alla pensione di mio padre,quindi un po' di conoscenza nel settore ce l'ho. Ho notato subito fin dal primo incontro tanta esperienza e padronanza nello svolgere il loro mestiere, hanno saputo consigliarmi al meglio,cercando di percepire ed esaudire tutto ciò che volevo per il mio appartamento,conciliando qualità e prezzo. Sono precisissimi e i tempi dichiarati sono stati più che rispettati. Scusate il mio dilungare,ma per due PROFESSIONISTI così vale certo la pena di spendere due parole...e non saranno mai abbastanza... GRAZIE! Purtroppo l’ultima volta, in occasione di un acquisto di un ricambio non ho trovato la stessa cortesia e professionalita’. Ho atteso per due mesi un coperchio Wc, andando in negozio 4 volte e riscontrando sempre problemi legati alle misure ed agli attacchi. l’ultima volta, facendo notare che le misure non corrispondevano alla tazza Wc, sono stato trattato con scortesia, e liquidato con arroganza, e sono stato invitato a rivolgermi in un altro negozio.
