Allenamenti studiati e fatti con grande professionalità, semplicità ed allegria. Rende tutto semplice ma vi assicuro che, se fatte bene, pochissime lezioni lo sono. Per chi vuole fare sul serio, lavorare nelle varie fasce cardio, allenarsi nei mesi invernali non potendo uscire in bici, chi vuole perdere peso o per chi vuole barare e passare un'ora in compagnia facendo finta di spingere sui pedali, Marta è la scelta giusta! Per chi lavora sodo, i risultati si vedono anche in strada! Le sue lezioni sono fantastiche, mai noiose e molto coinvolgenti. Poi ha creato un gruppo facebook che è diventato una grande famiglia e una/due volte all'anno ci ritroviamo per un convegno di spinning e finalmente conosciamo tanti "atleti"che erano fino a quel momento virtuali. I met Marta four years ago, desperate for spinning lessons to be able to follow from home. And I never gave it up. His lessons are fantastic, never boring and very engaging.
