Dopo aver fissato un appuntamento, ad attendermi si è presentato Andreas GRUBER, un ragazzo che, nonostante la giovane età, si è dimostrato davvero all'altezza della situazione. Dapprima mi ha illustrato con dovizie di particolari le caratteristiche tecniche e le dotazioni dell'auto e poi mi ha proposto una prova su strada, al termine della quale ho deciso fermamente di acquistarla. Aggiungo inoltre la disponibilità di Andreas Gruber nell'assecondare le mie necessità, non ultima la disponibilità nel venirmi a prendere in stazione nel giorno del ritiro del veicolo. Keinen Cent verrechnet. Nochmals auf diesem Weg vielen Dank! Sie haben unseren Urlaub gerettet. Had an error message on my Audi. Akustisch ähnlich dem, dass gleich an der Stelle alles was mit dem Antrieb und der Bremse dort zu tun hat, rausfällt. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Audi Service Deutschland sollten wir zum nächstgelegenen Audi Service Partner nach Marling (Meran) fahren "In Car Marling". Dort angekommen wurde das Fahrzeug noch kurz vor Feierabend auf die Hebebühne genommen .... und war quasi nach 5 Minuten auch schon wieder unten. Diagnose: Kleine(r) Stein(e) in der Bremsanlage. Das Beste: Die Kollegen wollten dafür keine Rechnung erstellen, ist ein kostenloser Service gewesen. Das konnten wir zunächst gar nicht glauben. Wir bedanken uns hiermit dann noch einmal ganz herzlich bei dieser tollen Mannschaft die uns aus dieser misslichen Lage so schnell und unbürokratisch befreit hat und damit den Urlaubsstart gerettet hat.
