I corsi sono per un numero limitato di persone e questo consente di essere seguite al meglio. Inoltre, i corsi possono essere seguiti online. Comodissima l'app per la prenotazione, semplice ed intuitiva. Assolutamente consigliata! Staff trained, professional, helpful and always smiling (which never hurts!) Cozy and spotless gym. The courses are for a limited number of people and this allows them to be followed in the best possible way. In addition, the courses can be taken online. Convenient booking app, simple and intuitive. Absolutely recommended!

Personale meraviglioso, preparato e attento, gioventù simpatica e allegra che fa tornare giovani anche le attempate come me, circuito veloce per chi ha poco tempo ma con possibilità di corsi per chi non ama molto le "macchine". Consiglio al cento per cento, un luogo dove si dimentica qualsiasi cosa e che per un poco si pensa solo a stare bene. Grazie ragazzi Anto Wonderful place, located in a place with parking, small gym, clean and tidy that follows all safety regulations in force. Wonderful staff, prepared and attentive, nice and cheerful youth that makes even the elderly like me young again, fast circuit for those who have little time but with the possibility of courses for those who do not like "cars" very much. To say that I had a great time is little, I had never walked on a gym because I am one of those who prefer outdoor activities but I arrived at the right place, a nice team that always follows you to improve every day, top !!!

Mi ha subito fatto venir voglia di fissare una prova perché un ambiente tutto al femminile era qualcosa che mi ha tranquillizzata ed era quello che cercavo per sentirmi a mio agio nel riprendere dopo così tanto tempo! Poi anche avere a disposizione un programma con la nutrizionista è fantastico perché si riesce a ritornare in forma seguiti ed imparando nuovamente ad avere un'alimentazione corretta..tutto lo staff è super gentile e disponibile mi sembra di entrare in un ambiente famigliare. Pulizia estrema e colori che ti infondono energia..grazie ragazze siete super!!! Per la prima volta mi alleno con il sorriso, per cui consiglio a tutti questa palestra! Finally a gym where I feel 100% at ease. The boys are prepared, attentive and very nice and the machines are well designed for women. For the first time I train with a smile, so I recommend this gym to everyone!

I corsi sono molto belli, i miei preferiti sono circuit pilates e gag, a volte però si fatica a prenotarsi perché sono troppo pieni di allieve, forse basterebbe solo aggiungere altri orari/corsi. L’ambiente è bello e pulito, le insegnanti sono brave, gentili e sempre disponibili! It is an excellent gym, all female and already here it wins over many others. The courses are very beautiful, my favorites are circuit pilates and gags, but sometimes it is difficult to book because they are too full of students, perhaps it would be enough just to add other timetables / courses. The environment is nice and clean, the teachers are good, kind and always available!
