Abbiamo usufruito dei servizi di pulizia Impronta per un appartamento appena ristrutturato. Vi era quindi da lavare post-lavori.
Come prima cosa non si presentano il giorno concordato adducendo un bislacco caso di omonimia.
Avevamo chiesto una pulizia approfondita anche di un armadio per vestiti. Nelle foto potete osservare i risultati: hanno lasciato aloni unti di prodotti per pulizia e sporcizia vera e propria.
In più le zanzariere sono rimaste tutte sporche.
Ci è stato detto che sarebbe venuto nuovamente qualcuno: la ditta non si è fatta più viva e quando abbiamo chiamato per dire dell'armadio, nessuna scusa.

Bad experience.
We took advantage of the cleaning services Impronta for a newly renovated apartment. There was therefore to be washed after the works.
First of all, they do not show up on the agreed day citing an odd case of homonymy.
We had also asked for a thorough cleaning of a wardrobe for clothes. In the photos you can see the results: they left greasy streaks of cleaning products and real dirt.
In addition, the mosquito nets have all remained dirty.
We were told that someone would come again: the company didn't show up anymore and when we called to say about the wardrobe, no apologies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo chiesto la pulizia della tappezzeria dell'appartamento -in tessuto-,dei pavimenti -parte in marmo e parte in parquet- ,degli infissi,dei vetri,delle tapparelle, dei terrazzi . Inoltre della cucina e dei bagni. Il lavoro è stato fatto a regola d'arte,con accuratezza. Da personale capace e gentile,che ha rispettato le regole anticovid. Sono stata davvero soddisfatta e certamente se ne avrò bisogno ricorrero'nuovamente a questa ditta.
I had asked to clean the upholstery of the apartment - in fabric -, the floors - part in marble and part in parquet -, the fixtures, the glass, the shutters, the terraces. Also of the kitchen and bathrooms. The work was done to perfection, with accuracy. By capable and kind staff, who respected the anticovid rules. I was really satisfied and certainly if I need it I will use this company again.
