L’amministratore mandava imprese varie a tamponare, con improbabili “padelle”, senza risolvere nulla. Nel tempo la cosa peggiorava, obbligandomi a raccogliere e svuotare secchi d’acqua anche tre volte al giorno. Sembrava che la soluzione fosse impossibile, a causa di infiltrazioni da una falda acquifera che si infilava sotto le guaine. Poi ho pensato di chiedere l’aiuto dell’impresa di Roberto Zampieri, che mi aveva già risolto alcuni grossi problemi sul lavoro, impermeabilizzando definitivamente un lastrico solare, su cui altre tre imprese avevano fallito. Già dal sopralluogo ho capito quanto fosse diverso l’approccio: c’era la volontà di trovare la vera causa, senza dare per scontato nulla. E la causa è stata trovata (anzi le due cause, non concomitanti) e in poco tempo i lavori sono stati eseguiti ed il problema é stato risolto, correggendo degli errori di costruzione del condominio soprastante.. Le persone competenti e serie sono rare, ma non nell’Impresa Zampieri. Veramente consigliabili. Questa è una foto della situazione durata più di un anno. Ora solo .... un po' di polvere! Then I thought of asking for help from the company of Roberto Zampieri, who had already solved some big problems at work, definitively waterproofing a flat roof, on which three other companies had failed. Right from the inspection I understood how different the approach was: there was the will to find the true cause, without taking anything for granted. And the cause was found (indeed the two causes, not concomitant) and in a short time the works were carried out and the problem was solved, correcting the construction errors of the building above. Competent and serious people are rare, but not in the Zampieri Company. Really recommendable. This is a picture of the situation lasting more than a year. Now just .... a little dust!

Devo anche dare atto della grande disponibilità del titolare e dei dipendenti, nonché il notevole rispetto che mostrano per la cosa altrui nel mentre eseguono le attività lavorative, a tal punto da poterli lasciare operare in completa autonomia. Significa esperienza, correttezza e serietà. Qualità che non si trovano in giro facilmente. Con l’impresa Zampieri non ho avuto sorprese anzi, mi hanno seguito dall’inizio alla fine, passo passo, sapendomi consigliare e ottenendo una casa rifinita nel dettaglio e un risultato anche superiore alle aspettative. Sono veloci, professionali e addirittura perfezionisti. Se dovessi averne bisogno non avrei alcun dubbio nel tornare da loro. Grazie di tutto! Li abbiamo quindi incaricati della ristrutturazione della nostra casa attuale. I lavori sono stati eseguiti con una competenza ed un'accuratezza difficilmente eguagliabili. Ogni lavoro è stato eseguito scrupolosamente fin nei minimi dettagli. La casa inoltre ci è stata consegnata con ben un mese di anticipo, rispettando perfettamente il preventivo, fatto più unico che raro. Assolutamente da consigliare.
