★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non hanno terminato i lavori in tempo ,hanno fatto dei buchi nelle piastrelle e non solo non hanno sistemato le cose ma hanno preteso ilsaldo con il legale .Comprano anche le recensioni positive da collaboratori .Adesso che li ho saldati non finiscono neppure il lavorosono spariti .DA EVITARE ANDATE ALTROVE A FARVI RISTRUTTURARE CASA UNA GRANDE DELUSIONE MI SENTO TRUFFATO .
They did not finish the work on time, they made holes in the tiles and not only did they not fix things but they demanded the balance with the lawyer. They also buy the positive reviews from collaborators. Now that I have paid them they do not even finish the work they are gone. TO AVOID GO ELSEWHERE TO MAKE YOUR HOUSE RENOVATED A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT I FEEL SCAMED.

Dopo aver chiesto al sig Pirovano di finire i lavori via mail non si è più sentito. La mia compagna l'ha anche cercato al telefono e lui non risponde .
Nel frattempo sono stato anche in qualche modo " invitato " " con minacce di possibili azioni legali " dall' avvocato del sig Pirovano , a non "disturbarlo " e a " cancellare le recensioni che faccio "
Peccato che purtroppo il sig Pirovano le mie recensioni corrispondono alla verità.
A dir il vero ho offerto anche la possibilità al sig Pirovano , dopo tutto quello che ho subito , . di completare il lavoro visto che è stato pagato integralmente e che avrei cancellato le recensioni negative a lavori terminati
Ebbene neppure questa offerta fatta in buona fede e con buona volonta' ha convitto il sig Pirovano al quale ho cercato di spiegare in una mail che il post vendita ha lo stesso valore della vendita.... ma evidentemente una volta presi i soldi .. la filosofia della azienda e' che ti devi arrangiare . .
I update my previous review to give an updated picture of the situation,.
After having asked Mr. Pirovano to finish the work by e-mail, he never heard from him again. My partner also looked for him on the phone and he doesn't answer.
In the meantime I was also somehow "invited" "with threats of possible legal action" by Mr Pirovano's lawyer, not to "disturb him" and "delete the reviews I do"
Too bad that unfortunately Mr. Pirovano my reviews correspond to the truth.
To tell the truth, I also offered Mr. Pirovano the opportunity, after all I have suffered,. to complete the work as it was paid in full and that I would have deleted the negative reviews once the work was finished
Well, not even this offer made in good faith and with good will has boarded Mr Pirovano to whom I tried to explain in an email that the after-sales service has the same value as the sale .... but obviously once the money is taken .. the company's philosophy is that you have to make do. .
