Ho fatto richiesta per la disponibilità di una ristrutturazione al 110% dopodiché ho inoltrato tutta la documentazione all’ing. Molteni e mi è stato detto che nel giro di qualche settimana mi avrebbero fatto avere il computo dei lavori da svolgere. Dopo due mesi e mezzo e svariate richieste (vane) di parlare con l’ing. oggi vengo contattata da un suo responsabile che mi comunica che non è possibile eseguire i lavori presso la loro azienda senza comunicarmi nessun motivo. Mi chiedo ma che serietà può avere un’azienda di questo tipo? Mi aspettavo un’alta professionalità da parte dell’Ing Molteni che è tra l’altro presidente dell’Ance di Como. Credo fortemente che non sia la persona adatta a ricoprire quel ruolo!!!! I highly recommend staying away from this incompetent company. I applied for the availability of a 110% renovation, after which I forwarded all the documentation to Eng. Molteni and I was told that within a few weeks they would send me the calculation of the work to be done. After two and a half months and several (vain) requests to speak with Eng. today I am contacted by one of his managers who tells me that it is not possible to carry out the work at their company without giving me any reason. I wonder what seriousness can a company of this type have? I expected a high level of professionalism from Engineer Molteni who is, among other things, president of Ance di Como. I strongly believe that he is not the right person to fill that role !!!!
