★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E'gia'due volte che questa Impresa di Pulizie sbaglia l'approccio.al tipo di intervento!!Avendo avuto,nella mia abitazione, uno Sversamento dal WC .La relativa pulizia degli ambienti e dei pavimenti,fatta dagli adddetti dell'Impresa Luna, e''stata realizzata con grave approssimazione,menefreghismo e senza la dovuta professionalità nell'affrontare il contesto in cui e'in gioco la salute delle persone che vi abitano.Posso accennnare le tracce lasciate dai cenci sui pavimenti,special modo in mono-cottura,che stanno a indicare che questi supporti non sono stati adeguatamente lavati e poi sciacquati.Il loro menefreghismo sta anche nel modo di lavorare;Assenza della titolare che esplichi i dovuti controlli sui dipedenti,che giunti,,nella mia abitazione. alle ore 9,00 alle 14.00 l'avevano gia' abbandonata addebitandomi poi la '''''misera'''notula di 950euro.A questi signori posso dire NON CI SARA MAI PIU UNA PROSSIMA VOLTA
E'gia'due times that this cleaning company misses the approach to the type of intervention! Having had, in my home, a spill from the toilet. The relative cleaning of the rooms and floors, made by the employees of the Luna Company , was made with serious approximation, indifference and without due professionalism in dealing with the context in which the health of the people who live there is at stake. I can mention the traces left by the rags on the floors, especially in mono- cooking, which indicate that these supports have not been adequately washed and then rinsed. Their carelessness is also in the way of working; Absence of the owner who performs the necessary checks on the employees, who arrived in my home. at 9.00 at 14.00 they had already abandoned it, charging me for the "'' '' miserable '' 'notula of 950 euro. These gentlemen I can say THERE WILL NEVER BE A NEXT TIME
