Siamo stati in ballo per MESI per la verniciatura della mia piccola ringhiera, ma il titolare ha continuato a rimandare all'infinito, ogni volta promettendomi che a giorni avremmo fissato un appuntamento per fare il lavoro. Io mi rendo conto che un piccolo lavoretto non sia appettibile perché porta pochi soldi e dunque non rientri fra le priorità di una ditta, ma prendere in giro una cliente per mesi non è professionale. A questo punto, dopo l'ennesima volta in cui il signor Folini mi aveva promesso di venire e invece è sparito di nuovo, mi sono infine rivolta altrove, ma se avessi saputo che finiva in questo modo lo avrei fatto molto prima. Spero che questa recensione, se dovesse leggerla, gli serva per migliorare il servizio e l'atteggiamento professionale. Una stella è anche troppo generosa da parte mia. Unfortunately, I must give a low rating to this activity, not because the service I received was poor but simply non-existent. We were at MESI for the painting of my little railing, but the owner continued to postpone it indefinitely, each time promising me that in days we would set an appointment to do the job. I realize that a small job is not open because it brings little money and therefore does not fall within the priorities of a company, but teasing a customer for months is not professional. At this point, after the umpteenth time when Mr. Folini had promised to come and instead disappeared again, I finally turned elsewhere, but if I had known that it ended in this way I would have done much sooner. I hope this review, if you read it, serves to improve the service and professional attitude. A star is also too generous of me.
