Chiamo per prendere un appuntamento per un problema alla fognatura e me lo fissano ad una settimana di distanza (e fin qui tutto ok). Al giorno e all'ora dell'appuntamento mi chiamano dicendo che non possono venire e che non sono interessati al lavoro. Due ore di permesso buttate e lavoro di pulizia dei tombini e del condotto fognario (in modo che potessero ispezionarli e capire i lavori da fare) sprecato. Evitare assolutamente.
A star because zero is impossible. They totally lack professionalism. I call to make an appointment for a sewer problem and they fix it for me a week away (and so far everything is ok). At the day and time of the appointment they call me saying that they cannot come and that they are not interested in the job. Two hours of discarded leave and work of cleaning the manholes and the sewer pipe (so that they could inspect them and understand the work to be done) wasted. Avoid absolutely.
