★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato l'azienda ad Agosto per la ristrutturazione di una mia casa con Il super ecobonus 110% . All'inizio il Sig. Matteo è sembrato molto disponibile, mi ha detto che avrebbe cercato un tecnico che si occupasse della pratica.
Dopo diverse settimane non sentendolo ,lo richiamo, dove mi dice che è fuori città e che appena rientra farà il sopralluogo. Dopo diverse settimane passate e chiamate alle quali non ha risposto ( ha risposto solo una volta quando ho provato a chiamarlo da altro numero) il 7 ottobre mi scrive un messaggio dicendomi che avevano fatto il sopralluogo con il tecnico (io abito in altra regione) e che tempo una settimana il tecnico avrebbe comunicato cosa si sarebbe potuto fare .
Da lì più niente ,ho aspettato 2 settimane ,ma nulla, gli ho riscritto la settimana successiva e neanche una risposta. Ho provato anche a scrivere una mail , ma nulla .
Ora penso che di base ci sia veramente una mancanza di professionalità, perché mi ha fatto perdere mesi ,quando avrei potuto rivolgermi a qualcun altro ,facendomi credere che la sua impresa fosse disponibile . E non capisco cosa sia servito il sopralluogo se poi sono tutti spariti così .
Speravo di non fare questa recensione ,perché ci tenevo a ristrutturare la casa dove ho passato l infanzia .
Per me un esperienza molto negativa
 I contacted the company in August for the renovation of my home with the 110% super eco-bonus. At first Mr. Matteo seemed very helpful, he told me that he would look for a technician to take care of the practice.
After several weeks of not hearing him, I call him back, where he tells me that he is out of town and that as soon as he comes back he will make an inspection. After several weeks passed and calls to which he did not answer (he only answered once when I tried to call him from another number) on 7 October he wrote me a message telling me that they had done the inspection with the technician (I live in another region) and what time a week the technician would have communicated what could have been done.
From there nothing more, I waited 2 weeks, but nothing, I rewrote him the following week and not even a reply. I also tried to write an email, but nothing.
Now I think that basically there is really a lack of professionalism, because it made me waste months, when I could have turned to someone else, making me believe that his company was available. And I don't understand what the inspection was for if they all disappeared like this.
I was hoping not to do this review, because I wanted to renovate the house where I spent my childhood.
For me a very bad experience
