★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passati 2 anni dalla costruzione della mia abitazione, e per 2 anni ho avuto problemi di umidità interna ed esterna. Dopo molti interventi non risolutivi da parte del costruttore, mi sono rivolto allo Studio Tecnico Mariani.
Dopo qualche giorno è stata effettuata la perizia termografica che, grazie soprattutto alla professionalità, competenza ed esperienza dell'architetto Matteo Mariani, ha permesso di evidenziare il problema che ora è in fase di risoluzione.
Consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi a loro per qualsiasi problema di umidità, vi aiuteranno senz'altro a risolvere il problema.
 It has been 2 years since the construction of my house, and for 2 years I had problems with internal and external humidity. After many unsolving interventions by the manufacturer, I turned to the Mariani Technical Studio.
After a few days the thermographic survey was carried out which, thanks above all to the professionalism, competence and experience of the architect Matteo Mariani, made it possible to highlight the problem that is now being resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato via mail lo studio Mariani in un giorno festivo, ho avuto risposta poco dopo e il primo giorno lavorativo avendoli contattati al telefono, sono riusciti a venire a fare il sopralluogo. In sintesi, nel giro di 2 ore ho avuto la perizia sulla mail, ma soprattutto la rassicurazione che il mio grave problema di condensa e dispersione termica fosse risolvibile con alcuni interventi non ingentissimi. Posso dire di aver trovato prontezza, competenza e professionalità. Sono sicura che se dovessi avere problemi in futuro saranno disponibili per chiarimenti e consigli come lo sono già stati. Grazie!
I contacted the Mariani studio via e-mail on a public holiday, I received an answer shortly after and on the first working day having contacted them on the phone, they were able to come and do the inspection. In summary, within 2 hours I had the appraisal on the email, but above all the reassurance that my serious problem of condensation and heat loss could be solved with some not very huge interventions. I can say that I have found promptness, competence and professionalism. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta allo Studio Mariani, per un grave problema di infiltrazioni in cantina. Siamo riusciti ad organizzare un sopralluogo in tempi brevi. Ho trovato nell’Arch. Mariani una persona competente, disponibile, ma soprattutto molto scrupolosa nell'analisi delle cause dell'infiltrazioni. Durante il sopralluogo è stato molto meticoloso valutando tutti i possibili fattori che cagionano le infiltrazioni e quindi a chi sono imputabili le responsabilità. La perizia redatta in maniera molto esaustiva e dettagliata mi è arrivata via mail qualche giorno dopo, inoltre l’Arch. Mariani si è reso disponibile anche dopo in caso ci fosse stato bisogno di chiarimenti. Posso affermare che mi sono sentita in buone mani e li consiglio vivamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo molti interventi che, non solo non avevano risolto il mio problema, ma l'avevano possibilmente peggiorato; ho avuto la fortuna di incappare nello Studio Mariani.
L'architetto ha effettuato una perizia termografica accuratissima e ha subito individuato il mio problema. La soluzione che mi è stata proposta mi ha stupito per la sua economicità (pensavo di dover spendere molto di più).
Lo studio è venuto incontro alle mie difficoltà nel programmare i lavori che ha poi eseguito con cura, professionalità e, cosa molto importante, in tempi brevi.
Comoda anche l'assistenza legale che propongono in caso di necessità.
Li consiglio vivamente.

termografica, causa infiltrazioni d'acqua in appartamento, e relativa valutazione dei danni. Fin dal primo approccio telefonico, abbiamo avvertito professionalità e competenza. Per la serie ”la prima impressione è quella che conta”, durante il sopralluogo abbiamo potuto constatare la scrupolosa attenzione nel valutare ogni singolo dettaglio utile ai fini della definizione del caso. Very reliable company. Precise and punctual, competent and attentive to details.
