dopo aver consultato varie ditte e maestranze ho deciso di affidare i lavori alla NI.CA.SA. srl non solo per i prezzi vantaggiosi e il livello di dettaglio del preventivo ma anche perché Salvatore il titolare, mi ha subito ispirato fiducia. Persona per bene educata e super professionale. La mia fiducia non è stata tradita Salvatore è stato puntuale e di parola venendo sempre incontro alle mie richieste. Nonostante le criticità della mia casa il risultato finale è stato stra-soddisfacente grazie anche ad una squadra di ragazzi veloci, capaci e di mestiere!!

Well educated and super professional person. My trust has not been betrayed Salvatore was punctual and of his word, always meeting my requests. Despite the criticalities of my home, the final result was extremely satisfying thanks also to a team of fast, capable and professional guys !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto in maniera casuale la ditta Ni.Ca.Sa. srl grazie al loro sito internet molto carino e ben realizzato ( nessuna conoscenza in comune o lavori precedenti eseguiti.) La mia esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. Il titolare è giovane ma coniuga già l’esperienza di un veterano e la voglia di crescere e di fare bene di un giovane imprenditore. Professionalità assoluta da parte di tutti , dai manuali alle maestranze. Salvatore è stato il mio unico referente in ogni passo dei lavori. Altro aspetto importante è quello di non avere avuto problemi con il condominio in quanto hanno da subito stabilito un ottimo rapporto con il custode rispettando regole e orari condominiali. Consiglio certamente di affidarvi alla ditta Ni.ca.Sa. srl renderanno più semplice quello che da soli è un impegno notevole.
I met the Ni.Ca.Sa company by chance. srl thanks to their very nice and well made website (no common knowledge or previous works performed.) My experience was absolutely positive. The owner is young but already combines the experience of a veteran and the desire to grow and do well of a young entrepreneur. Absolute professionalism on the part of everyone, from manuals to workers. Salvatore was my only contact person in every step of the work. Another important aspect is that they have not had problems with the condominium as they immediately established an excellent relationship with the caretaker respecting condominium rules and schedules. I certainly recommend that you rely on the company Ni.ca.Sa. srl will make easier what alone is a considerable commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La NICASA Costruzioni l’abbiamo conosciuta tramite passaparola e devo dire che è stata una scelta più che indovinata. Gli abbiamo commissionato una pesante ristrutturazione (rifacimento del tetto, dei solai e contestuale innalzamento di un piano) a San Paolo (ct) in un punto non proprio agevole e devo dire che il confronto e la collaborazione sono stati sempre continui data anche la distanza (Trecastagni) con la quale abbiamo dovuto seguire i lavori. Un altro aspetto assolutamente da non sottovalutare è stato il rispetto dei costi che ci erano stati preventivati, insomma in definitiva direi senz’altro consigliatissima.

We commissioned him to carry out a heavy renovation (refurbishment of the roof, of the floors and contextual raising of a floor) in San Paolo (ct) in a not very easy point and I must say that the comparison and collaboration have always been continuous given the distance ( Trecastagni) with which we had to follow the works. Another aspect that should not be underestimated was the respect of the costs that had been budgeted for us, in short, I would definitely say highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La NI.CA.SA é un Impresa seria, capace, affidabile. Essendo dotata di moltepici mezzi e persone, è in grado di eseguire qualsiasi lavoro. Rispetta gli impegni ed i tempi. I preventivi? Sempre super attendibili e se c’è qualcosa da rettificare o qualche lavoro aggiuntivo da effettuare, siete sempre avvisati prima! questo è troppo importante per me! E poi, non da ultimo, sono gentili e molto simpatici….!! Consiglio a tutti!
NI.CA.SA is a serious, capable, reliable company. Being equipped with multiple means and people, it is able to perform any job. Respect commitments and times. The quotes? Always super reliable and if there is something to rectify or some additional work to be done, you are always warned first! this is too important to me! And last but not least, they are kind and very nice…. !! I recommend to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propongono più problemi che soluzioni. Non mi è piaciuto l'approccio ai lavori, né l'attitudine verso il cliente. Risponderanno ovviamente che non mi conoscono.
Aggiornamento in risposta al commento del titolare: Che il profilo è fake, da cosa lo deducete!?! Forse siete esperti in questo tipo di cose, visto che fra le recensioni (stranamente tutte a "5 stelle"), ci sono vostri stessi parenti e amici. Un consiglio: accettate anche le critiche, sarebbe più professionale! La presunzione non aiuta a migliorare né a gestire meglio i rapporti con i clienti.
They propose more problems than solutions. I didn't like the approach to the work, nor the attitude towards the customer. They will obviously answer that they don't know me.
Update in response to the owner's comment: That the profile is fake, what do you deduce it from!?! Maybe you are an expert in this kind of thing, since among the reviews (strangely all "5 stars"), there are your own relatives and friends. A piece of advice: accept the criticisms too, it would be more professional! Presumption does not help improve or better manage customer relationships.
