★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'impresa edile del sig. Mannina ha realizzato dei lavori nel villino di famiglia, che hanno riguardato sia opere strutturali con interventi complessi, che rifiniture ed abbellimenti. La nostra valutazione è la seguente:
1) qualità delle opere effettuate ed accuratezza nelle rifiniture: eccellente
2) pulizia e tempistica di consegna, e costo dei lavori nel rapporto qualità - prezzo : più che ottimo
3) affidabilità, gestione e risoluzione di svariati problemi verificatisi durante il cantiere, anche quelli di non pertinenza edile: eccellente.
4) capacità di ascolto del committente e di intraprendere variazioni al lavoro preventivato in corso d'opera, spianando gli ostacoli invece del classico trincerarsi dietro il ".. ma non era previsto.." : eccellente.
In conclusione, gli ho lasciato le chiavi del villino e mi hanno riconsegnato il tutto nei tempi, con tutte le modifiche al progetto iniziale decise nel corso dei lavori e con dei costi onesti. Mi rammarico soltanto di non averli conosciuti prima in occasione delle numerose esperienze con lavori edili che ho avuto con altre ditte.

2) cleaning and delivery time, and cost of the work in the quality - price ratio: more than excellent
3) reliability, management and resolution of various problems that occurred during the construction site, even those not pertinent to construction: excellent.
4) ability to listen to the client and to undertake changes to the budgeted work in progress, smoothing out the obstacles instead of the classic entrenchment behind the "..but it was not expected ..": excellent.
In conclusion, I left him the keys to the cottage and they gave me everything back in time, with all the changes to the initial project decided during the work and with honest costs. I only regret not having known them before on the occasion of the numerous experiences with construction works that I had with other companies.
