★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandato mail il 25 o il 26 settembre per richiedere pulizia della canna fumaria; mi hanno risposto indicando il prezzo e chiedendo il # di telefono per essere ricontattata. Dopo 2 telefonate da parte mia in cui rispettivamente mi viene detto che hanno molto da fare e promesso che mi avrebbero richiamato il sabato o il lunedì successivo poiché era in programma la mia zona, l'epilogo è il seguente: sono passati 8 giorni e non mi hanno richiamato. Lascio a chi legge eventuali deduzioni, conclusioni e commenti.
Mail sent on 25 or 26 September to request cleaning of the flue; they replied indicating the price and asking for the phone # to be contacted. After 2 phone calls from me in which respectively I am told that they have a lot to do and promised that they would call me back on the following Saturday or Monday since my area was scheduled, the epilogue is the following: 8 days have passed and no they called me back.
