Dopo le pulizie venivano lasciati, in una scatola in plastica posta nel bagno del nostro ufficio, stracci sporchi e bagnati che dopo alcuni giorni puzzavano e l’odore invadeva l’ufficio. Nonostante avessi chiesto più volte al Sig. Oscar Mascheroni (il responsabile della zona di Chiuduno) di passare a ritirare gli stracci, questo si dimenticava di farlo e neppure avvisava (gli stracci sono rimasti anche per 15 giorni bagnati chiusi in una scatola). Ho chiesto di parlare più volte con il titolare sia telefonicamente che attraverso mail e non sono mai stata richiamata. Alla fine abbiamo optato per cambiare azienda.
Nulla da ridire sulla professionalità e la cura delle Signore che prestano i servizi di pulizie.
I had a bad experience with this company. After cleaning, dirty and wet rags were left in a plastic box in the bathroom of our office, which after a few days stank and the smell invaded the office. Although I had asked Mr. Oscar Mascheroni (the person in charge of the Chiuduno area) several times to come and collect the rags, he forgot to do it and did not even warn (the rags remained wet for 15 days closed in a box). I asked to speak to the owner several times both by phone and by e-mail and I was never called back. In the end, we opted to change companies.
Nothing to complain about the professionalism and care of the ladies who provide the cleaning services.
