Bad experience. They gave me an appointment for a cleaning without even notifying them and afterwards they didn't answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto una pessima esperienza con questa ditta a Luglio 2021. Dovevo far pulire una villa con piscina insieme ad una mia collaboratrice. La prima volta è andata abbastanza bene anche se la persona da loro fornita non era molto esperta. La seconda volta non si sono presentati all'appuntamento (nonostante ci fossimo incontrati di persona il giorno precedente per accordarci sulle cose da fare) e non hanno mai risposto al telefono, lasciandoci con un grosso problema da risolvere all'istante. Zero professionalità e rispetto del cliente.
I had a very bad experience with this company in July 2021. I had to have a villa with a swimming pool cleaned together with one of my collaborators. The first time went quite well even though the person they provided was not very experienced. The second time they did not show up for the appointment (despite having met in person the previous day to agree on things to do) and never answered the phone, leaving us with a big problem to be solved instantly. Zero professionalism and respect for the customer.
