★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto spesso mi sono servito di questa azienda pagando immediatamente le fatture emesse, ma ultimamente il servizio è stato pessimo ed il titolare si nasconde e non risponde alle telefonate ma solo tramite mail spesso poco chiare. Ho chiesto più volte di ritornare a ripulire ciò che non era stato fatto o fatto veramente male. L'azienda ha emesso
la nota di credito, ma poi è stata riemessa fattura ed il servizio pulizia non è mai stato rifatto. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE e mi spiace per alcune delle collaboratrici brave e serie ma il titolare non merita questo nome. I problemi si risolvono anche parlando a 4 occhi. Con poca stima Alessandro
Very often I have used this company by paying the invoices issued immediately, but lately the service has been bad and the owner hides and does not answer phone calls but only through often unclear emails. I have asked several times to come back and clean up what was not done or really badly done. The company issued
the credit note, but then the invoice was reissued and the cleaning service was never redone. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND and I am sorry for some of the good and serious collaborators but the owner does not deserve this name. Problems can also be solved by speaking with 4 eyes.
