★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Li ho chiamati 15 giorni fa. Il primo appuntamento è saltato perché la persona che doveva venire aveva la febbre. Prendo di nuovo appuntamento per stamattina ( chiedendo conferma il giorno prima): nessuno si presenta. Né una telefonata né un messaggio per avvisarmi. Ho provato a chiamare ma non hanno risposto. Ho chiamato con un altro numero e hanno risposto. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni hanno detto che la signora che doveva venire ha dato buca o giù di lì. Ma noi abbiamo contattato l'impresa non questa fantomatica signora. Quindi la brutta figura ( e la conseguente perdita di un cliente) è a carico dell'impresa. Sconsigliatissima.
Bad. I called them 15 days ago. The first appointment was skipped because the person who was supposed to come had a fever. I make an appointment again for this morning (asking for confirmation the day before): no one shows up. Neither a phone call nor a message to warn me. I tried to call but they didn't answer. I called with another number and they answered. When asked for an explanation, they said that the lady who was supposed to come stood up or so. But we contacted the company, not this elusive lady. So the bad impression (and the consequent loss of a customer) is borne by the company. Highly not recommended.
